Referring practices enter referrals in minutes by using the Internet to send us the basic information we need to take things from there. We confirm insurance eligibility, securing authorizations as needed. We make sure specialists receive all the information expected and make it simple for them to report back to you. And we give you one place to manage and track all your referrals any patient, any payer, any specialist.

No. Our referral management service fits seamlessly into your way of managing your practice.

4. What’s the impact on the staff?

Overnight, team members who spent most of their day processing referrals are free to invest their time more productively. Medical assistants can concentrate fully on patient care and your administrative staff can spend more of their time working business at hand, including often-neglected tasks such as past due collections and business-building marketing activities.
